Standard and Intensive Programmes in Dublin,
Residential & Homestay Options

Our summer programmes combine learning, exploration and action packed opportunities throughout the year and as always, our goal is to engage and educate students through a syllabus of English tuition and exciting activities. We have accredited tuition from ACELS and EAQUALS in Ireland. We also offer a variety of excursion destinations and activities to choose from, and are proud of the range of experiences we offer our young learners.

Dublin Residential

The Dublin Residential Programme is run at King’s Hospital College, which occupies a 40 hectare wooded site on the banks of the River Liffey. It offers beautiful views of the woods and river and is located 20 minutes from the city centre and the airport.

Dublin Homestay

The Homestay Centre is located at St. Tiernan’s Community School in the safe, middle-class residential suburb of Dundrum. Dundrum is a family-friendly residential area with plenty of outdoor space that’s about 20 minutes from the city centre. It’s also handy for the bus route to the airport and home to one of the largest shopping malls in Europe. It offers the ideal setting for a modern Summer Centre.

Young Learner STEAM - Ages 11-17

Future Learning’s summer STEAM programme is about much more than incorporating Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math into the afternoon activity programme. The STEAM workshops engage students’ creative and critical thinking skills in multi-sensory interaction with the physical world and help them develop the language to describe those experiences.

This Dublin location is a high school and the afternoon activities are focused on the development of the English language through STEAM focused workshops. We like to utilise all the facilities of the school and we have created a unique afternoon programme which has a strong link with the morning lessons. Sample afternoon workshops which are led by qualified teachers include: Woodwork, Electronics, Science, Baking, Robotics, Photography, Art, Drama and Dance.

Young Adult Cultural - Ages 17-20

The Young Adult Cultural Programme is all about exploring the area you are visiting, getting to know it’s people and the civilizations from ancient to modern that shaped its landscapes, its vibrant towns and cities and the great myths and literary masterpieces inspired by it. This programme is designed for mature, independent students who prefer to have some freedom to explore the aspects of Ireland’s capital city that interest them. The cultural activities engage students’ creative and critical thinking skills in multi-sensory interaction with the physical world and help them develop the language to describe those experiences. For this cultural programme we offer three afternoons activities which take place after lessons. Students will travel to these places of interest with Future Learning staff and use the public transport and the supplied travel pass.
