Terms and Conditions of Prize Draw

1. The Prize Draw is administered by Travel Education Experiences Ltd who trade under the name “Traveledex”
2. All decisions regarding the Prize Draw will be made by Traveledex and are final – there is no appeal process
3. The first and second prizes – choice of online or face to face IELTS classes for 2 weeks – will be administered by International House Manchester and their decision in respect of the timing, delivery and administration of the courses is final
4. International House Manchester will also deal exclusively with the delivery of the ebooks
5. Traveledex will deal exclusively with the delivery of the Amazon digital vouchers
6. To be eligible for the prize draw the webinar participant must:
   1. register for the webinar by obtaining a ticket (free) at least two hours before the webinar start time
   2. join the webinar before , or no more than 10 minutes after, the webinar start time
   3. stay for the whole webinar (1 hour)
   4. agree to requests for photos and/or comments of prize winners for marketing purposes at the discretion of Traveledex
7. Winners of prizes administered by International House Manchester will be contacted to arrange the booking of their prize winning course either online or, if they wish, face to face in Manchester UK. NOTE: the prizes are for tuition only (including access to any course materials). Should the winner wish to study in the UK, the prize DOES NOT include any costs associated with obtaining a visa, accommodation or flights costs or any other costs associated with attending the course in person
8. Winners of the ebooks will be contacted by Traveledex and International House Manchester to arrange delivery by email or other electronic means
9. Winners of Amazon vouchers will be contacted by Traveledex. Vouchers are only guaranteed to work in the UK, however, they may also work in other countries. Vouchers are valid for 10 years
10. Prize winners will be notified by email within two working days of the event end (i.e. by end of business working hours on Tuesday 3rd August 2021)
